LogixTrack

Overview

LogixTrack is a cross-platform mobile app built for a Singapore-based logistics startup handling last-mile delivery across Southeast Asia. The app gives drivers, dispatchers, and customers a single real-time view of every delivery — from warehouse to doorstep.

The challenge

The client was managing deliveries through a patchwork of WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets, and a legacy web portal that didn't work on mobile. Drivers had no structured way to update delivery status, and customers had no visibility at all. The business was growing fast and the manual process was breaking down.

Our solution

We built a React Native app with three distinct user roles — driver, dispatcher, and customer — each with a tailored interface. Drivers get a clean job queue with turn-by-turn navigation and one-tap status updates. Dispatchers see a live map of all active deliveries. Customers receive push notifications and a live tracking link.
